54 歲病患，圖A 的CT 是二年前中風左側putamen 出血，一直在做復健，圖B 是最近所做的CT，發現中腦之雙側大腦腳不對稱，此乃因：
left cerebral peduncle atrophy due to Wallerian degeneration
left cerebral peduncle atrophy due to previous hematoma compression
right cerebral peduncle swelling
中腦之雙側大腦腳不對稱，乃常見的正常變異（normal variation）
